BluePrint Cleanse is 6 drinks a day, for 3 days. Sadly enough way too expensive! So I tried to make my own. You will need a juicer, blender, and the ingredients listed below. The amounts makes about enough for the 3 days.

1. Green.
2. Gold/P.A.M

1. Green.
- 6 Romaine leafs.
- 8 Celery sticks.
- 3 Cucumbers.
- 6 Kale leafs.
- 10 Parsley ribs.
- 4 Granny Smith Apples.
- 2 Handfuls of Spinach.
- 2oz of Lemon.
- 1 tbsp of Ginger.
* Make sure to juice the celery sticks, cucumbers, apples and lemon first then blend the rest with the juice and run it through a strainer. This way you get most of the greens.
2. Gold/P.A.M
- 2 Pineapples.
- 4 Granny Smith Apples.
- 5tbs of Mint finely chopped.
- 2oz of Lime Juice.
3. Repeat Green.
4. Yellow.
- 1lt of Water.
- 4oz of Lemon.
- 1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper.
- 3tbsp of Agave Nectar.
5. Repeat Green or Red/C.A.B.
- 3 Red or Fuji Apples.
- 6 Carrots.
- 4 Beets.
- 2oz Lemon.
- 1 1/2 tbsp or Ginger.
6. White/Milk.
- 1 cup of raw Cashews.
- 4 cups of Water.
- 2tbsp of Vanilla.
- 1/2 tbsp of Cinnamon.
- 3-5 tbsp of Agave.
*Leave cashews to soak in the water over night. Blend the next day, and add the rest of the ingredients. Then run through strainer.
I was able to find these pitchers for .98 cents at Walmart. Its easier to just pour and drink rather than make them all on the spot.
ENJOY XO.

I'm known for dying my hair quite a lot. Back in high school I had very long thick hair, the thing about my hair is it gets damaged and within a couple weeks it heals back. I've always loved that but when I first moved away I chopped my entire hair off. Somehow it being chopped it would take a lot longer to heal, which is very odd to me. I had to keep trimming it. Now its back to short. Above shoulder length short. So since I recently did the lavender on my hair, I don't really want to darken it anymore or do anything to it all. I really want to take full care f it. I've been doing quite a lot of research. First I had a trip to Sally's Beauty Supply. In which I found these care products for damaged hair. Aphogee. They're about $6-$15 each. I got the ProVitamin Leave in conditioner, Shampoo for Damaged Hair, Keratin 2 minute Reconstructor, and the Balancing Moisturizer. I have yet to get the treatment which is more expensive, about $25. But the first time I used it was today and it really felt different, much more manageable. I don't wash my hair everyday now so I only use it every now and then. I decided to keep blogging about it so I can bring my hair back to health and help you to also help your hair grow healthy.

When theres snow in NC everything stops! Work was officially cancelled this week due to the crazy amount of snow we received the day of christmas! How much more perfect was that? We've never experience snow before this and I must say it's a new favorite! We kept having excuses just to go out and play in the snow. I always dreamt of living somewhere with a nice snowy weather although I'm sure in a few days I will hate it. I have no snow approved outfits at all and boots? Do Uggs even count?
